The purpose of the Annual Conference Merchandise Campaign/Fundraiser is to financially support the work and witness of the Union American Methodist Episcopal Church First and Fourth Episcopal Districts while strengthening district identity, unity, and participation in the 2026 Annual Conference.
This campaign is designed to:
Generate supplemental revenue to help offset Annual Conference expenses and reduce financial strain on local churches
Provide an accessible fundraising option that allows members, families, and supporters to contribute without additional assessments or fees
Promote district pride and visibility by offering branded apparel that can be worn before, during, and after the Annual Conference
Encourage early engagement and excitement for the Annual Conference through pre-orders and shared participation
Support stewardship and sustainability by using a pre-order model that minimizes financial risk and ensures responsible use of funds
Funds raised through this initiative will directly support Annual Conference operations, programming, and ministry initiatives, helping ensure that the conference is well-resourced, well-organized, and accessible to the broader district family.
